Our Instant Access option will email results to the person taking the assessment (testee).   For Bulk Purchase and Subscription options we can customize results to be email to the sponsor or testee based on your needs.

Absolutely, but we doubt you'll ever want that.  If requested in the first 30 days of purchase, we will refund any unused assessments.   Bulk or Subscription purchases will be prorated based on the quantity used and associated discount levels.
